Refund Agreement
Our Refund Agreement ensures fairness and clarity for our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process, contact our customer support with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Once verified, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that customized or non – defective products purchased under promotional terms may not qualify for a refund unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case – by – case basis to ensure compliance with these terms.
